Dr. Stephen Lester and the Park Avenue Dentistry team understand that for some, the cost of a dental visit in Edgewater, Florida, can be a concern. But we do not want those concerns to keep you from getting the care you need for your smile. Talk with our team about our payment options.

Our office accepts most PPO plans, but currently, we cannot accept HMO plans. Our team will be happy to help you with filing your claim and can review your plan to help you find ways to maximize your benefits. We can also provide you with an estimated cost of your treatments. If you do not have insurance or need to meet costs not covered by your plan, we also accept:

OUR DENTAL VALUE PLAN

You may think that because you do not have access to insurance, you do not have access to dental care. Nothing could be further from the truth! The Park Avenue Dentistry Dental Savings Plan is only $397 per year for the first family member and $347 for each additional family member. Benefits of our plan include:

Two cleanings and exams

X-rays as prescribed

One emergency exam with X-rays if needed

10% discount on restorative treatments up to $1000.*

Treatment plan estimates are guaranteed for one year. Dental work that we recommend is guaranteed for five years.

Please keep in mind:

Park Avenue Dentistry Dental Savings Plan is not valid with any other coupons or discounts or FL. Health Care Programs.

The dental savings plan is not insurance and it cannot be combined with any dental insurance coverage or FHC Program

This savings plan is only redeemable at Park Avenue Dentistry, Dr. Stephen Lester’s office.

The annual fee is non-refundable.

In order to receive 10% off dental treatment, payment is due at the time of scheduling treatment.

If the patient chooses to extend payments by use of Care Credit, the 10% discount will be reduced to 5% due to merchant fees.

If treatment is over $1000, Care Credit interest free options will not be available. The patient will use the extended payment plans offered by Care Credit with the standard interest rate.

This savings plan may not be used in workman’s compensation cases, disability cases, or any other legal cases.
